Henry Gideon

Henry Gideon is an experienced professional in K-12 operations with a diverse background in educational administration and facilities management. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant at Henry Gideon Consulting since May 2024, Henry specializes in long-range master facilities planning, bond and capital improvement program planning, land use and site development planning, emergency operations planning, and K-12 operations assessments. Additionally, Henry is an instructor for the Texas Superintendent Certification Institute at the Education Service Center Region 13 since 2022. Previously, Henry held key positions such as Assistant Superintendent for Operations at Hutto ISD, Chief Operations Officer at Boerne ISD, and Chief Operations Officer at Bastrop ISD, among others. Henry's career in educational management began in 1990 and includes various roles in child nutrition and facilities management, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Geography and History from Stephen F. Austin State University.
