Tara Isaacs

Tara Isaacs, Ed.D., currently serves as the Director of Learning Services at the Education Service Center Region 13, beginning in July 2025. Prior to this role, Tara held the position of Executive Director of Learning Services at McREL International from January 2024 to July 2025 and served as Executive Director at Learning Forward Florida from January 2023 to March 2024. Tara's experience includes a tenure as Senior Professional Learning Consultant Lead at NWEA and Director of Professional Development & Learning at Jefferson County Public Schools, where significant improvements were made in student performance metrics. Tara also has experience in higher education as an Adjunct Professor at Bellarmine University and has held various roles in Fayette County Public Schools, contributing to notable school achievements. Tara Isaacs obtained an Ed.D. in Education Leadership & Policy Studies from Eastern Kentucky University and holds multiple degrees in education and sociology from Eastern Kentucky University and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
