Vicky Yarbrough

Vicky Yarbrough has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as a retired professional with the Teacher Retirement System of Texas since August 2023. Previously, Vicky worked as an Education Specialist in Literacy at the Education Service Center Region 13 from January 2010 to the present. Vicky also held the position of Dean of Academics and Assistant Principal at Harmony Public Schools in Central Texas from August 2022 to August 2023. Vicky holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University Texas.
