Dr. Tracy Shamon

Dr. Tracy Shamon is a dedicated educational professional currently serving as Coordinator III at the Education Service Center, Region 20, since July 2019, focusing on providing impactful products and services for emergent bilingual students across Texas. Prior to this role, Dr. Shamon worked for NEISD from January 2007 to July 2019, where responsibilities included supporting teachers and staff as an ELAR Instructional Coach in a Title I middle school and serving as a teacher. Dr. Shamon holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Lamar University, earned between 2014 and 2018, a Master of Education (MEd) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Lamar University from 2008 to 2010, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of the Incarnate Word, completed in 2000.
