Lisa Evers is an experienced professional in the field of international education and exchange programs, currently serving as Regional Director at Private and Public School F-1 Exchange since May 2014, where responsibilities include managing Local Area Coordinators for the placement and management of international exchange students in private schools. Additionally, Lisa has been a Field Manager at Education, Travel & Culture since October 2013, overseeing recruitment of Host Families and international exchange student management in Oregon high schools. Lisa has also been a Recruitment Specialist at Northwest International Student Exchange since January 1999, focusing on host family recruitment and program promotion for international exchange initiatives. Lisa Evers holds a degree from Portland State University.

We are a family comprised of hundreds of employees, independent contractors, volunteers, and host families who are passionate about education, travel, and culture. Since 1998, ETC has provided opportunities for high school students around the world to study in an American high school and live with an American family. Today, we are privileged to connect students from 13 different countries with loving volunteer host families across the U.S. for either a semester or academic school year. ETC maintains a professional staff at its main office in Portland, Oregon and also has a network of volunteers and Local Coordinators throughout the country that serve as the local support for the students, host families, and schools.
