Chris Brimacombe

Chris Brimacombe is an experienced educator and creative professional with a diverse background in teaching and graphic arts. Currently serving as a math teacher at Democracy Prep Public Schools and a middle school teacher at Gateway School of New York, Chris instructs math and technology classes for grades 5 through 8. Additionally, Chris has been teaching art since 2011 at Educational Alliance, where recent efforts include instructing high school students in various art forms. A graphic artist since 2004, Chris has worked on graphic novels, animations, and design projects, including logos and marketing materials for financial companies. Previous experience includes roles in customer service at delivery.com and management at Magnolia Bakery, where Chris oversaw operations across multiple locations. Chris holds a Master of Fine Arts in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts, as well as a certificate in Intro to Law from New York University and training in Classical Animation from Vancouver Film School.
