Marcia Blaize-Callender is an experienced professional specializing in community outreach, spiritual care, and early childhood education. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Community Outreach and Engagement at Educational Alliance, Marcia focuses on building partnerships to support children, families, and seniors. In parallel roles, Marcia serves as Reverend Deacon in the Episcopal Diocese of New York and provides spiritual care at NYU Langone Health. With a longstanding commitment to early childhood programs, Marcia oversees multiple initiatives as the EarlyLearn Director of Programs at Labor and Industry For Education. Additionally, as a facilitator with Blaize Life Ways Consultants, Marcia creates professional development workshops focused on special needs services and diversity. Marcia’s previous leadership roles include serving as Administrative Director at Bridge Street Child Development Center and Director of THE JONQUILS PROJECT, a faith-community initiative for teens.
