Rachel Townsend

Rachel Townsend's work experience includes a role as the Director of Quality Assurance at CRW for Educational Alliance starting in December 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Phoenix House, where they held various roles such as Compliance Manager, Clinical Director of Long Island City, Director of Ronkonkoma MTP, and Counselor from 2011 to 2017.

Rachel Townsend earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Criminal Justice from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2005. Rachel then pursued a Master's degree in Forensic Mental Health Counseling at John Jay College (CUNY), which they completed in 2010. In 2012, they obtained a certification as a Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor from OASAS. Later, in 2015, Rachel obtained a license as a Mental Health Counselor from the NYS Education Department Office of the Professions.
