Tina Vong serves as a Clinical Counselor at Educational Alliance, providing individualized therapeutic care for individuals with substance use disorders and related conditions since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Assistant in the Cultures, Emotions, and Health (CEH) Lab and Families and Children Experiencing Success (FACES) Lab at New York University, where Tina conducted participant screenings, recruitment, and assessments related to behavioral disorders. Tina's background also includes a Mental Health Counseling Internship at Humantold, where 1:1 psychotherapy was delivered, and prior work at the Columbia-WHO Center for Global Mental Health, developing educational materials and drafting research proposals. Tina was actively involved as a Public Health Ambassador, promoting public health initiatives during the pandemic, and coordinated new student engagement programs for NYU. Tina holds a Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology, both from New York University, along with an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the School of the Nations.
