Neha Gupta

Neha Gupta is an experienced educator and consultant with a diverse background in tutoring, program management, and creative design. Currently a Tutor at Educational Connections, Neha specializes in supporting neurodivergent students by adapting lesson plans to their unique needs. As a Consultant at Capstone Education, Neha successfully revamped marketing strategies, while at Capital Educators, Neha developed a reputation for effectiveness with unmotivated students, achieving top evaluations. Neha held multiple leadership roles at Capital Educators, including Senior Program Director and Cathedral Scholars Program Director, where notable achievements included managing test prep courses, creating a CRM for improved student engagement, and promoting equitable college preparation access. Neha has also co-founded and managed Maryland Minza, served as a Creative Specialist for marketing materials, and holds a Master of Education in Sociology and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland.
