Michaela Lee is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Education Manager at Educational Opportunities for Children and Families (EOCF) since October 2022. Previously, Michaela held the position of PD Specialist at The Council for Professional Recognition from January 2016 to October 2022 and has extensive experience in leadership roles within early childhood education, including roles as Center Director and Assistant Director at KinderCare Education from May 2010 to July 2022. Additionally, Michaela worked as an Adjunct Professor and ECE Grader at Penn Foster from August 2018 to August 2021. Early career experiences include positions as Store Manager at Christopher & Banks and Lead Teacher at Little Lights Learning Center. Michaela holds a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development from Ashford University, complemented by an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Early Childhood Education from Clark College.
