Jennie O'Leary has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jennie began their career as a Promotions Director for a radio group, where they organized promotional activities and managed special events. Jennie then worked as a Sales Assistant at WTSP-TV, providing support to the sales team. Jennie later joined Entertainment Publications, where they served as an Account/Category Manager, developing marketing and sales strategies for targeted industries. Jennie then transitioned to a Market Research Manager role at ITC/Global Outsourcing, managing marketing plans and conducting research in various industries.

In 2003, Jennie joined Cox Target Media/Valpak as a Director of Product Management & Implementation, overseeing the development of profitable product programs. Later, they went on to obtain a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Journalism & Media Studies from the University of South Florida from 2004 to 2009.
