Alicja Luber

Alicja Luber is an accomplished UX and Research professional currently serving as Acting UX & Research Team Lead and Expert UX Designer at Instytut Badań Edukacyjnych since August 2022. Previously, Alicja held the position of UX Specialist at Bank Millennium, where responsibilities included the development and maintenance of a banking application, managing processes for biometric login, opening new products, implementing value-added services, and conducting usability research. Prior experience includes a role as UX Designer at Urząd M. St. Warszawa, where Alicja designed system functionalities and facilitated UX workshops, alongside experience in event management and property administration. Educational qualifications comprise a degree in UX Design from Coders Lab and a Bachelor's degree in Production Organization from the University of Silesia in Katowice.
