Ann Lockett

Ann F. Lockett serves as the Director of Early Childhood at the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio, where responsibilities include planning, implementing, and monitoring regional strategies to enhance equitable access to high-quality early childhood education. Previous roles include Director of Early Childhood Education and Latchkey at Columbus City Schools, where Ann led the administration and compliance of early childhood programs, and Supervisor of Speech and Language Services, overseeing a team of Speech Language Pathologists. Prior experience also encompasses positions at Westerville City Schools, including Director of Preschool Services, where Ann developed innovative preschool environments, and at the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities, delivering speech and language services. Ann holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Dayton, a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Ohio University.
