Barbara M. Harden

Barbara M. Harden holds an MBA in Finance from Xavier University and a BA in Business Administration from Wittenberg University. Barbara has extensive experience in business operations, project consulting, and management, having served in various roles at organizations such as the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio, where responsibilities included business operations, grant management, and safety oversight. Previous positions included consulting for the Center for Healthy Families and Battelle for Kids, focusing on business development and performance management processes, respectively. Barbara's tenure at Nationwide Insurance included roles of increasing responsibility in business consulting, records management, and finance, notably contributing to the creation of a comprehensive records management program and managing an annual budget of $120 million. Additionally, Barbara served as a board member for the Godman Guild Association. Currently, Barbara is retired, having concluded professional engagements in January 2023.
