Dr. Joshua Fritts currently serves as the Director of Therapeutic Programs at Educational Service District 112 and as an instructor in the Masters of Education program at University of the People, teaching multiple courses focused on education context, classroom environments, assessment, and diversity. Previous roles include Executive Administrator for Teaching and Learning at Beaverton School District and Assistant Superintendent at Sherwood School District 88J, as well as Head of School at Ruamrudee International School, where significant initiatives were implemented to enhance language and literacy education. Dr. Fritts has extensive experience in special education administration, having held key positions at Beaverton School District and Portland Public Schools. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education from Northeastern University and multiple degrees from Portland State University in educational leadership, special education, and history.
