David Perkins

David Perkins has an extensive background in information technology management, with experience in various credit unions and organizations. David currently serves as the SVP, Chief Information Officer at Educational Systems Federal Credit Union and Andrews Federal Credit Union. Previously, David held leadership roles at San Diego County Credit Union, NIHFCU, and Sate Employees Credit Union of MD, Inc. Prior to their credit union roles, David worked at John Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory as a Senior Professional Staff, where David managed various technology projects and initiatives. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Strayer University.
