Dawn Weglein

Dawn Weglein is the Vice President of Human Resources at Educational Systems Federal Credit Union since September 2014. Prior to this role, Dawn served as HR Director at Sandy Spring Bank from March 2003 to June 2014, overseeing HR functions for a workforce of 750 employees across more than 50 locations. Earlier experience includes serving as Employment Manager and managing recruitment, employee relations, and compensation at Sandy Spring Bank, as well as managing HR policies and practices for over 6,000 employees at Allfirst Bank from June 1982 to March 2003. Dawn Weglein holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a BA in Political Science & Business from Loyola College in Maryland, in addition to a certificate from Maryland Bankers School. Dawn Weglein is also certified as a CCP, CBP, SPHR, SHRM SCP, and CUDE.
