Tom Hill

Assistant Vice President, Facilities at Educational Systems Federal Credit Union

Tom Hill has a diverse work experience in the construction and facilities management industry. Tom started their career as a Carpenter/Finisher at KSJ Concrete Inc in 2004 and worked there until 2006. In 2006, they joined The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company as a Field Engineer, where they remained until 2007. Tom then joined Morgan-Keller Construction in 2008 as an Assistant Superintendent, and held this role until 2012. Since 2012, they have been with Educational Systems Federal Credit Union, initially as a Facilities Manager and currently as a Facilities Director, starting in March 2021.

Tom Hill attended Sussex Technical High School from 1998 to 2002. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Delaware from 2002 to 2004. Lastly, they studied Construction Management at Delaware Technical and Community College-Owens from 2004 to 2010.
