Andrew Xu currently serves as President & Managing Director of ETS Greater China Region since February 2025 and as a Strategic Board Advisor for Zettalab, a leader in AI for R&D Cloud, since January 2024. Prior to these roles, Andrew was Global Vice President at SAP, overseeing Customer Engagement and Experience and the GM of the Platform & Technologies Group, significantly contributing to nearly half of SAP's total license revenue. Andrew has also held leadership positions at Schneider Electric, Dell Technologies, HP, Accenture, and IBM, focusing on business integration, enterprise solutions, and technology consulting across various sectors. Andrew's educational background includes an Executive Leadership Program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and BiMBA at Peking University.
