Aparajita Mitra

Aparajita Mitra is a seasoned project manager at Educational Testing Service (ETS) since July 2013, overseeing the timely delivery of over 20 test forms annually while adhering to standard operating procedures and maintaining quality. Previously, as an assessment specialist, a comprehensive approach to developing national teacher-licensure assessments was employed, managing the entire product lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Earlier experience as a special education teacher from September 2007 to June 2013 involved managing classroom settings for students with special needs, coordinating schedules, and creating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to enhance student engagement and progress. Aparajita holds a Master of Science in Project Management with a concentration in Information Security Management from Northeastern University, a Master of Arts in Special Education from Kean University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Windsor.
