Dave Breig

Dave Breig is an accomplished professional in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation with over two decades of experience in the educational and energy sectors. Since April 2007, Dave has served as the Director of Strategic Sourcing Contracts at Educational Testing Service, where responsibilities include negotiating agreements for IT software, consulting, and staff augmentation. Prior to this role, Dave held the position of Manager of Supplier Contracts at Educational Testing Service from 2002 to 2007 and worked as a Senior Buyer in the Purchasing Department at PECO Energy from 1991 to 2001, focusing on the procurement of IT-related products and services.
