Dawn Lipker

Dawn Lipker currently serves as the Associate Director of Educational Partnerships at ETS, where responsibilities include advocating for inclusive and equitable holistic admissions practices and promoting best practices in graduate recruitment. Previously, Dawn held various positions, including Director of Sales at ARI Recruiting, Enrollment Solutions Consultant at Capture Higher Ed, and Director of Client Business Development at EMAS Pro, where expertise in marketing, lead generation, and sales targeting was cultivated. Dawn's earlier roles include managing student enrollment services at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and Georgia Southern University, alongside experience in admissions and recruitment at King College and teaching theater as an adjunct professor at Viterbo University. Dawn holds a Master of Science in Theatre from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Science in Communications/Theatre from Campbellsville University.
