Devan Salem

Devan Salem currently serves as the Executive Director of HR Transformation at ETS, focusing on aligning Employee Services and HR Operations with company strategy through innovative HR Technology solutions. Previous roles include senior positions at Mercer, TTB, Sutherland, PwC, The Transformation Board, and The Hackett Group, where contributions spanned HR transformation, advisory services, and business transformation management. Devan holds an MBA in Business Administration from Texas Southern University and an Executive Program in Management from Columbia University, complemented by Wharton Executive Education.
