Keith Kiser

Keith Kiser is an experienced software developer and technology manager with a strong background in research and system development. Currently serving as Principal Software Developer at Educational Testing Service (ETS) since March 2012, Keith focuses on the Cognitively Based Assessment of Learning (CBAL) platform and the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) using languages such as PHP, Java, and C#. Prior roles include Technology Manager at Ithaka Harbors, where investigations and implementations of new technologies enhanced internal processes and data warehousing solutions, and Team Lead at Leapstone Systems, overseeing development of a communications engine. Previous experience also includes senior positions at Telcordia Technologies and AT&T Labs, contributing to advanced softswitch and VoIP network platforms. Kiser holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and Bachelor's and Associate's degrees in Computer Science and Data Processing from Rutgers University and Thames Valley State Technical College, respectively.
