Kelly Bolton

Kelly Bolton has extensive experience in program and content management within the educational assessment industry. Currently serving as Director of Program Management at ETS since September 2015, Kelly oversees multiple assessments and manages a team of program managers. Previously held roles include Associate Director and Program Manager at ETS, where responsibilities included supervising assessments and managing project scopes. Kelly's earlier career includes positions at Measurement Incorporated as a Content Specialist and McGraw-Hill Education CTB as a Content Development Manager, where leadership involved overseeing teams and implementing process improvements. Kelly began their career as a teacher in the Vacaville Unified School District, educating a diverse student population. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Teaching Credential from the University of California, Davis.
