Melissa Clarke

Melissa Clarke, PhD, is an accomplished managing editor and educator with extensive experience in philosophy and editing. Since February 2018, Melissa has served as the managing editor and founder of Americana Highways. Melissa also works as a line editor for Time Passages LLC, focusing on the Eagles trilogy and a forthcoming book on Fleetwood Mac. With a solid academic background, Melissa has taught philosophy courses at various institutions, including Frederick Community College since January 2007, covering topics such as ethics and logic. Melissa has contributed to Educational Testing Service (ETS) as a scorer for standardized tests and has managed musicians through Bacchus Artist Management since September 2002. Melissa holds a PhD in Philosophy from Temple University Graduate School, an MA in Philosophy from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and a BA in Philosophy from Colgate University.
