Nena L.

Nena L. currently serves as the AVP, Associate General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at ETS, where responsibilities include designing and implementing global corporate compliance and privacy programs across 16 entities. Nena holds a position as a Board Member on the Executive Compensation Committee at XtraMath, a nonprofit organization supporting online math fluency for K-8 students. Previously, Nena was the Associate General Counsel and Head of Global Corporate Compliance at Vantage Data Centers, where an inaugural global ethics and compliance program was developed.
