Shannon Hoffman has over 25 years of experience in operations and quality management, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Operations at ETS since November 2008, where prior roles included Manager of Operations, Sr. Quality Engineer, and Quality Engineer. Before ETS, Shannon held the position of Manager of Quality, Management Systems & Improvement at Vertis Communications from February 1998 to September 2008. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Temple University College of Engineering and has further education from Temple University and The University of Tulsa.
