Vlad Zubenko

Vlad Zubenko has extensive experience in technology and consulting, currently serving as the Head of Emerging Technology Solutions and Principal Architect at ETS since November 2008. Previously, Vlad held the position of Advisor to the World Bank Education Community of Practice from February 2021 to April 2023, and served as a Steering Member of the Trust Over IP Foundation from January 2021 to January 2023. Additionally, Vlad was involved with the SIF Association as Chair of the Assessment Group and Technical Board Member from January 2011 to August 2013. Vlad's earlier roles include Consulting IT Architect at Aetna, Sr. Consultant at CSC and Accenture, and Tech Lead (Consulting) at GE Financial.
