Krista Carson Elhai

Krista Carson Elhai is an experienced educator and leader in the field of theatre and education. Currently serving as the Field Supervisor for Student Teachers at California State University - East Bay, Krista has held multiple significant positions, including Vice President of the Educational Theatre Association and Co Director at Theatre Teacher Bootcamp. With a rich background in theatre direction, Krista spent numerous years as the Theatre Director at Claremont High School and Hemet High School. Krista has also contributed to various committees, including the Pre AP Arts Committee with The College Board. An alumna of Winona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Speech & Theatre, Krista furthered education with multiple Master of Science degrees from the University of La Verne, focusing on Counseling and School Counseling.

The Educational Theatre Association (EdTA) is a national nonprofit organization with approximately 135,000 student and professional members.
