Ken Ulickey

Ken Ulickey has extensive experience in call center operations and management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Call Center Operations at Education Dynamics since April 2023, Ken has developed leadership skills in overseeing complex operational processes. Prior to this role, Ken was a Floor Manager at Target Marketing Inc. dba Liquid Education, starting in June 2019. Ken's career in operations management began at Noble Voice, where Ken held the position of Director of Operations from August 2012 to November 2019.
