Abdelrahman Ayman

Abdelrahman Ayman has a diverse work experience that showcases their leadership and strategic abilities. Abdelrahman co-founded Educatly in 2019 and played a key role in its establishment. Prior to that, they co-founded Allmende in 2018 and served as a Managing Partner until 2021, contributing to its growth and success.

In 2016, Abdelrahman co-founded Leadership Factory where they served as the Head of Growth & Strategy. Abdelrahman was responsible for driving company-wide growth and breaking down functional barriers to enable innovation and efficiency. Before their leadership roles, they gained valuable experience as a Clinical Research Specialist at the Children's Cancer Hospital - Egypt 57357. In this role, they were responsible for data collection and management, protocol development, and participation in cancer awareness initiatives.

Abdelrahman Ayman started their education by completing their high school degree in Biology/Biological Sciences at Portsaid Language School in Zamalek, Cairo from 2005 to 2007. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Pharmacy at Cairo University, which they completed from 2007 to 2012. Years later, they continued their educational journey by joining Tsinghua University to pursue a Master's degree in Global Affairs from 2019 to 2020. During the same time period, Abdelrahman also attended Schwarzman Scholars, where they obtained another Master's degree, this time in Global Affairs/Public Policy.
