Abdelrahman Ayman started their education by completing their high school degree in Biology/Biological Sciences at Portsaid Language School in Zamalek, Cairo from 2005 to 2007. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Pharmacy at Cairo University, which they completed from 2007 to 2012. Years later, they continued their educational journey by joining Tsinghua University to pursue a Master's degree in Global Affairs from 2019 to 2020. During the same time period, Abdelrahman also attended Schwarzman Scholars, where they obtained another Master's degree, this time in Global Affairs/Public Policy.
