Niccolo Bagarotto

Niccolo Bagarotto is the Founder and CEO of aimara, a company established in Brazil focused on crafting timeless surfboards, which reflects the brand's dedication to research and design. In addition to leading aimara since June 2023, Niccolo holds multiple roles at Educbank, serving as Partner, Head of Innovation, and Head of Marketing since November 2021. As a Partner and VP of Marketing & Business Development at TANInvestments since July 2020, Niccolo has also co-founded Veggie Wave and worked in various culinary positions, including Chef de Partie at the prestigious Restaurante Arzak. Niccolo's culinary career includes stints as Sous Chef Executive and Event Manager at Pasta Emilia and Senior Chef de Partie at THE WOLSELEY RESTAURANT LIMITED. Educational accolades include studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science, Le Cordon Bleu London, and San Diego State University.
