Jana Stein currently serves as Leitung Personal at educcare since September 2019. Previously, Jana held the position of Leitende Personalreferentin at Herzog Personal-Service GmbH from May 2010 to September 2019. Earlier experience includes roles as Marketingleiterin and Assistenz der Geschäftsleitung at Saalfelder Feengrotten und Tourismus GmbH from April 2005 to July 2009 and February 2003 to March 2005, respectively. Jana started the professional journey with an Ausbildung zur Fachangestellten für Bürokommunikation at Stadt Saalfeld/Saale from August 1999 to August 2002. Jana holds a degree in Systemisches Coaching und Changemanagement from INeKO - Institut a. d. Universität zu Köln, completed in 2013, and a degree as Tourismusreferentin from AFW Bad Harzburg.
