Charlie Kauffunger

Charlie Kauffunger founded the Educe Group in 2003 to help clients plan for, deploy, and optimize talent management technologies. As Managing Partner, Charlie serves as a senior strategic advisor for clients and is responsible for the overall operations of the firm. He has over 20 years of experience in the design and deployment of enterprise software and business process transformation. His 100+ client portfolio includes organizations of all sizes, from emerging startups to global/multinational firms, universities, hospitals, and government agencies. His focus has been on organizational initiatives related to compliance, customer and partner channels, competency-alignment, sales force effectiveness and leadership learning and development. Prior to Educe, Charlie worked as a Managing Consultant at Saba Software and Senior Technical Consultant at Booz-Allen Hamilton. He received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Delaware and a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University.
