As a Partner with the Educe Group, Lauren manages talent management system implementation projects for Fortune 500 and other large organizations, delivers strategic consulting to clients in the areas of business process alignment and documentation, governance and change management, and serves as a subject matter expert on Cornerstone cloud-based talent management software. She brings over 10 years of experience implementing talent management systems and processes for a variety of clients across multiple industries for both internal and external user populations. Lauren has extensive expertise gathering and analyzing business requirements, defining business processes, developing standard operating procedures, planning and execution of testing phases for systems, and developing and delivering training.
