Ignatius Egan Jonatan currently serves as the Head of Agri Services at Edufarmers International, where a long-term strategy for establishing an agriculture production center of excellence in Indonesia has been implemented, alongside enhancing farmers’ capabilities and promoting optimal crop productivity. Prior experience includes the role of Impact Lead, where Ignatius launched the Bertani Untuk Negeri program, significantly improving farmers' income. Also notable is the tenure as a Special Project Analyst at STOQO, where a successful project reduced quality incidents by 75%, and as a Business Analyst at Boston Consulting Group, focusing on operational diagnostics in the palm oil sector.
