Carolina Häggblom

Carolina Haeggblom is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Eduhouse AB, the largest e-learning provider in the Nordic countries, since August 2023. Previously, Carolina held various leadership positions at Svensk Vårdsupport AB, including Head of Business Development & Consultant Manager and Business Area Manager, where responsibilities encompassed strategy development, customer and contract management, and budget oversight. In addition, Carolina worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Fairlo, managing HR functions across multiple countries, and completed an internship as a Program Developer at UCI ANTrepreneur Center. Carolina's educational background includes a Human Resource Management degree from UC Santa Barbara and several certificates in innovation management and business administration from the University of California, Irvine, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from the University of Skövde.
