Jalmari Halminen

Jalmari Halminen's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Jalmari started their career in 2005 as a Salesperson/Customer Servant at Global Gear Ltd. Oy and later worked as a Promotion, Marketing, and Communication Assistant/Trainee at Playground Music Scandinavia. In 2008, they joined DSV - Global Transport and Logistics as a Sales Manager, where they were responsible for sales and customer portfolio management. Jalmari later became an Account Manager at Certeum Oy in 2014.

In 2015, Halminen returned to DSV - Global Transport and Logistics as an Area Sales Manager, where they managed and led the Tampere branch and implemented strategies for import and export transportation. In 2021, they joined Sovelto Oyj as a Growth Manager, responsible for advancing sales and marketing of continuous learning services. Jalmari also served as a part of the executive team.

In addition to their corporate roles, Halminen has been involved in leadership positions in non-profit organizations. Jalmari served as the Chairman of the Board at Street Jam ry, where they designed and implemented strategies and marketing plans. Currently, they are working as the Customer Support Nordic Team Lead at Eduhouse Oy.

Alongside their professional roles, Halminen co-owns Kaari Home, a premium apartment in Tampere that offers housing options for travelers and remote workers.

Halminen holds a Master's degree in marketing from the University of Vaasa, where they specialized in marketing with a minor in leadership and management.
