Mirka Björkqvist

Mirka Björkqvist has a diverse work experience in various companies. Mirka started their career as a (Junior) Developer in MPS Prewise Oy in 2012 and stayed there until February 2014. After that, they worked as a Web Developer in Bitville Oy for a brief period from February 2014 to April 2014. Later, in August 2014, they joined MPS Prewise Oy again, but this time as a Developer, and left in December 2014. In 2015, Mirka worked as a Project Assistant in Kotipizza Group Oyj from May to July. Then, in November 2017, they began their role as a Software Tester in Eduhouse Oy and Opinahjo Oy. Mirka was responsible for testing e-learning services and internal applications. Additionally, they updated the user manual for the user management system and assisted colleagues in using the system. Mirka's most recent position, starting from September 2021, has been as a Product Owner in Eduhouse Oy.

Mirka Björkqvist attended Vaskivuori Upper Secondary School from 2004 to 2007. During this time, they did not obtain a specific degree or pursue any field of study.

After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2011. Here, they acquired a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Information Technology, focusing on Information Technology.

Additionally, in September 2020, Mirka Björkqvist obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance.
