Francesco di Costanzo

Francesco Di Costanzo currently holds the position of Garante per il controllo delle fake news at Dire.it since October 2023. As Presidente of PA Social since July 2017, Francesco has led the first national association dedicated to new communication. Additionally, Francesco is the Presidente of Fondazione Italia Digitale, which focuses on cultural and digital policy initiatives, and coordinates a master's program in Digital Public Communication at Luiss School of Government. Teaching roles include Social Media Management at Università di Camerino and digital journalism at Centro Formazione Giornalismo Radiotelevisivo Perugia. Francesco authored a significant work on new communication in Italy and has played a pivotal role in establishing the #pasocial initiative aimed at advancing public communication through digital platforms. Educational background includes a degree in Political Science with a focus on political communication and journalism.
