Samuel Bon is a transformative leader with over 20 years of international experience across multiple regions, including Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Currently serving as the Group CEO of the Ernst Göhner Foundation and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Kick Foundation, Samuel also founded join-international gmbh to guide organizations through change processes. Previously, Samuel held executive roles, including Executive Director and CEO at Swisscontact and Managing Director at CognitiveValley. Samuel completed an MBA from IMD Business School and continues to pursue advanced studies at IMD.
