Heidi Reale

Heidi Reale has a diverse work experience in the marketing and communications field. Heidi is currently the Founder of SparkShoppe LTD, a strategic marketing and communications group that specializes in marketing strategy, shopper and digital marketing, branding, and insights. Before that, they worked as a Professor of Marketing at the University at Albany School of Business.

Prior to their current roles, Heidi held various positions at Price Chopper Supermarkets - Market 32. Heidi was the Director of Shopper and Digital Marketing, overseeing all shopper and digital marketing initiatives and collaborating with CPG partners to develop joint shopper marketing strategies. Heidi also served as the Director of Marketing and Consumer Insights and the Director of Consumer Insights, leading loyalty marketing, consumer research, social media, and CRM efforts.

Heidi also has experience as a Manager of Market Research at Price Chopper Supermarkets, where they managed consumer research and interpreted data to improve the performance of the company. In addition to their corporate roles, Heidi has worked as an Adjunct Professor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and as the HouseCalls General Manager at Golub Corportation.

Early in their career, Heidi worked as a Key Account Manager at Pepperidge Farm, responsible for sales to key accounts in the Northeast. Heidi also held roles at Price Chopper Supermarkets as a Grocery Sales Promoter and a Marketing Specialist, managing ad activity and promotional events for the Grocery Department.

Heidi Reale holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Communication from Cornell University. Heidi also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - The Lally School of Management. In addition to their degrees, Heidi Reale also obtained a certification in WBE from NYS Empire State Development in October 2017.
