Elena M.

CEO at Eduson

Elena M. began their career in 2005 as an intern at Strategy Partners Group. In 2006, they founded and became the CEO of Smart-Kniga, a company that created 'Smart books' which are brief 5-8 pages long business books' summaries. In 2008, they founded and became the Investment Director of AddVenture VC, a venture capital fund that invested up to $200K per startup. In 2010, they co-founded Groupon Russia, a company that was acquired by Groupon and grew from 20 to 500 employees and from 0 to 8-digit monthly revenue pre-IPO. In 2009, they became the CEO of Pixonic, a mobile and social games developer and publisher that was sold to Mail. ru Group. Finally, in 2013, they became the CEO of Eduson, a leading online T&D platform with a huge proprietary content library.

Elena M. attended Stanford University from 2005 to 2006, studying International Politics. Elena then attended the Higher School of Economics from 2006 to 2008, earning an M.S. in Political Science. Prior to that, they attended the Higher School of Economics from 2002 to 2006, earning a B.S. in Economics.
