Founded in 2024, EduTalent Connect is a specialist recruitment partner dedicated to supporting the education sector across the UK. We help schools (primary, secondary, SEN, FE) and trusts source both teaching and non-teaching professionals who are not only skilled, but committed to making a difference.

What we do:

Rigorous candidate vetting (interviews, education checks, DBS, safeguarding training) ensures quality and trust.

Ongoing monitoring of DBS status and professional development for candidates.

Recruitment support tailored to diverse educational settings: SEMH, SEN, mainstream — whatever the need.

Why it matters:
Our mission is simple but powerful: deliver the right people to the right roles so schools can thrive — and career-seekers in education find places they love.
