Elizabeth Irene Tobing has a diverse work experience. Elizabeth Irene started their career as an intern at PT Pagilaran in 2022. Elizabeth Irene then joined KOMPAS GRAMEDIA as a Project-Based Virtual Intern, specifically working as a Course Analyst for Growth Center by Kompas Gramedia x Rakamin Academy. After that, they worked as an intern at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Elizabeth Irene then furthered their experience as an Author at NovelMe. Currently, they have taken up the role of a Social Media Specialist at Eduwork. Additionally, they have also worked as a Content Writer at zoneEBT.

Elizabeth Irene Tobing attended Diponegoro University from 2019 to 2023, where they earned a Bachelor of Food Technology degree with a focus on Food Technology and Processing. In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications in the field. In June 2023, they obtained certifications in Bristish Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9, FSSC 22000 version 6.0 (Food Safety System Certification), First Step Korean (obtained from Coursera), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point), and ISO 22000:2018 (Food Safety Management System) from Makin Ahli institution.
