Shania Surya Kusuma

Shania Surya Kusuma has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Their most recent position was as an HR Consultant at Eduwork starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Capital professional at PT Pertamina (Persero) from July 2022 to January 2023.

Before their role at PT Pertamina, Shania held positions at Stockbit and Bibit.id as a Culture and Engagement specialist from March 2022 to June 2022. Shania also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Chickin Indonesia from January 2022 to April 2022.

In addition to their corporate experience, Shania has also contributed to the professional community as a Speaker at Ruangguru, where they discussed "Quarter Life Crisis, Insecurity, and Career" in February 2022.

Prior to their corporate roles, Shania worked as a Rehabilitation Counselor at the Badan Narkotika Nasional Republik Indonesia, a government agency responsible for combating drug abuse and trafficking, from October 2020 to December 2020.

Shania also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Airlangga, assisting with various research and development programs from November 2019 to June 2020.

Earlier in their career, Shania worked as a Psychological Assessment Tester at Exensia Creativa Psychology Service Institute, where they prepared and administered psychological tests for companies from January 2019 to March 2020.

Furthermore, Shania served as the Head of Human Resources at Indonesian Youth Opportunities in International Networking (IYOIN), an NGO, from April 2018 to June 2019. Their responsibilities included leading the HR department, conducting recruitment processes, and managing volunteers.

Shania Surya Kusuma is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Universitas Airlangga, with an expected completion date in 2023. In addition to their formal education, Shania has also participated in a short exchange program at Dong-Eui University, where they studied Area, Ethnic, Cultural, Gender, and Group Studies.

Furthermore, Shania has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of human resources.
