Aimee Leishure is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in higher education and business transformation. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and EVP Growth at Edvance, Aimee focuses on member benefits that enhance recruitment, retention, and empowerment in higher education. As a Founding Member of Chief, Aimee works to elevate women in leadership positions. Previous roles include SVP of Operations and CFO at StraighterLine, and Senior Vice President of Business Transformation at Laureate International Universities, where Aimee directed strategic initiatives and managed significant budgets. Aimee's career also includes financial leadership positions at FTI Consulting and EY, along with a strong educational foundation in accounting from the University of Delaware.
