Edvance
Jean-Marie Chalumeau is a seasoned fire safety engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Fire Safety Engineer at Edvance since June 2022, Jean-Marie previously held several positions at Arup, including Senior Fire Engineer, Fire Engineer, and Project Fire Engineer from July 2013 to April 2022. Prior to that, Jean-Marie worked as an Environment, Health and Safety Manager at SKF from August 2012 to July 2013. Jean-Marie holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Fire Safety Engineering from Ulster University, as well as a Professional Bachelor in Prevention Coordination from Université Aix Marseille 2 and a University of Technology Diploma in Health, Safety, and Environment from Université de Bordeaux.

Edvance, a joint subsidiary of EDF and Framatome, is responsible for the design and implementation (studies, procurement assistance, assembly and commissioning) of nuclear islands and control command of nuclear reactors under construction, in France and abroad.
